Dr. Moyer has been working in the Orthopedic setting for the past 13 years. Born and raised in Cleveland, she move away to receive a Bachelors degree at the University of South Alabama. Dr. Moyer has been working in the Orthopedic setting for the past 13 years. Born and raised in Cleveland, she move away to receive a Bachelors degree at the University of South Alabama. Then relocating to Johnson City to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University. She is a certified practitioner of the McKenzie Method® of MDT, an evidence-based patient management system proven to eliminate back, neck and extremity pain in fewer visits compared to traditional treatment.
She founded HomeFront Concierge Physical Therapy in 2020 and is currently serving as the Primary PT/CEO. When she is not at work you can find her with her 3 kids and husband. She is actively involved with her kids sports and church.
